Order Processing
Each Petcap hat is custom made with your submitted artwork details. After your order is placed, our design team prepares your artwork proof within 48 hours. Once the artwork is approved, production usually takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international markets shown at checkout. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, duties, and taxes may vary by destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after production is complete.
International orders: Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Estimated delivery options are shown at checkout when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The final shipping cost depends on the destination, selected shipping method, and order contents.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges may be collected by the carrier or local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly included at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@petcap.net. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after production or shipment has started.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@petcap.net with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and provide the best available resolution.
